Over the past couple of days, I've been sporting turquoise nails courtesy of Top Turquoise by Models Own.

This gorgeous colour is pretty hard to photograph as if snapped with the flash on, it appears much more blue than it actually is. The photo above is without the flash and is the most accurate representation of the true colour of the polish. The photos below are with the flash and all piccies were taken with two coats before clean up and top coat. I love this colour as it isn't something that I would usually go for on my nails and I love all of the green tones in it. I can't wait for the summer to get here and this will be the perfect nail colour to wear all summer long! Although wearing it in winter may seem a little premature, it has gone perfectly well with my dark winter outfits as it isn't a particularly bright shade.
Consistency wise, Models Own have got it spot on this with polish. The consistency is thick enough to make it completely opaque but thin enough to be fast drying. As with all polishes that I have tried from Models Own, the drying time was very quick. By the time I had painted one hand, the other was dry which is always a good sign. I have been wearing this polish for a couple of days now and it is still chip free.
The only thing that I dislike about this nail polish is that in the bottle it seems to separate a little with there being a darker oily blue floating in places. Very strange but at least it doesn't spoil the colour of the polish itself. It arrived to me like this and has been the same since I received it. Has anyone else found this with this polish?
