my top tip is to gently exfoliate your face once a week to remove any build up of make up and remove dry skin that dries out thanks to heating and the cold air.

oatmeal in a bath really hydrates the skin. Drinking as much water as you can and a fab Liz Earle misting skin boost keeps my skin in top form.
ReplyDeleteMy top tip is to drink plenty of water and use a good moisturiser morning and night.
ReplyDeleteI use a body shop scrub to get rid of ikky dead skin cells then use an intensive moisturiser. I love the palmers concentrated cream moisturising stuff, it smells so divine and a little bit goes a long way.

Don't forget your lips in this cold weather, especially if there's mistletoe about :) I put a dab of Vaseline on at night and always make sure I've got a lip gloss in my bag when I go out.
ReplyDeleteKeeping hydrated and well moisturised is what keeps my skin good all year round!

Through the winter, I always make sure I dry my skin well after my shower and put on lots of palmers bodylotion as it make my skin smooth and soft.
