This week has been unlike any other; I've been exercising... and enjoying it! I've been to two Zumba classes which were BRILLIANT, to the gym and swimming. All of this exercising has taken it out of me though and coupled with losing weight, I am starting to feel a little bit like I'm losing myself... or perhaps I'm becoming a new me. Since I didn't have to get up for work on Saturday morning, I took the time to get back to me on Friday night by having a pamper night after my swim. I applied my favourite tan, Fake Bake Airbrush, and gave myself a manicure and pedicure using OPI Elephantastic Pink. I'm also getting some low lights through my hair on Tuesday because its getting really sunny and my hair gets mega light in the summer. It also means dying my Foxy Locks hair extensions which I must admit, I'm nervous about doing!
|Loved simple hair and makeup this week|
I've had such a relaxing weekend off work, I went shopping on Saturday and today I went for a drive along the coast with my dad and for a walk along the marina. It was such a lovely day so we had the roof down on our car. We had a family movie night on Saturday watching Just Go With It which is one of the only comedies I enjoy watching again and again (I'm a thriller and horror kinda girl!) and Mr WLL and I went to see Journey To The Mysterious Island today which was brilliant. It's the perfect feel good family film, great for Sunday afternoon viewing. I managed to get lots of posts planned for the coming weeks and I've eventually caught up on my sleep. Quite a successful weekend I'm sure you'll agree.
This week on WhatLauraLoves, I blogged about my experience with my first Ciate Nail Pot in the colour Cabaret which I actually received in a Glossy Box last summer and never got round to wearing! I also posted a mini New Look haul of shoes and jewellery, they have the cutest pieces don't they? Another product that I've regularly repurchased over the last year but never blogged about up until now is the Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara, read my review here.
What have you been up to this week?
