WhatLauraDid: Week 12

Hi Everyone I hope you're all well.

What I've Been Up To...
I feel like a changed woman this week.  I've stuck rigidly to my diet and can really start to see the weight coming off, especially when I wore the dress in the photo above as it feels much bigger than when I first wore it here and I have also changed my hair colour by having lots of dark blonde low lights run through it.  I was SO frightened when I first had it done as I'm used to being very light blonde but my best friend does my hair so of course I trusted her to do a good job, and a great job she certainly did!  I've done a little exercising this week, a couple of gym sessions here and there but nothing too over the top as I haven't been feeling very well.  I'm sure my immune system is pretty low at the moment and I was in desperate need of a few early nights off the trot.  I did go out to the cinema this week to see We Bought A Zoo which was sad and had that feel good factor but I wont be rushing out to buy the DVD.

This Week on WhatLauraLoves...
For all I haven't done too much in my personal life this week, it has been a pretty busy week on WhatLauraLoves and that is set to continue for the coming weeks as I've been planning lots and lots of posts for you all to enjoy.  At the beginning of this week I posted about my favourite liquid eyeliner; Collection 2000's Extreme 24 Hour Felt Tip Liner and then I posted another makeup post, this time reviewing Estee Lauder's Double Wear Light foundation which many of you asked me to write about.  I've also got a comparrison post between Double Wear and Double Wear Light coming up in the next couple of weeks which may be of some help to those of you who are undecided as to which one to buy.  If makeup isn't your thing, I posted a casual girlie WhatLauraWore outfit on Saturday and today I shared a photo of my new hair taken just before we went to my friends 30th birthday party on St. Patricks Day.

I'm going to get an early night now as I've got a couple of store openings this week and the Vitality Show in London on Thursday.  Full of busy as per usual!

What have you been up to this week?  Have you enjoyed the posts this week on WhatLauraLoves?

    1. Hi Naomi

That is so encouraging to read, thank you so very much. I am feeling really healthy and I have a zest for life now, its lovely that you can see a difference too. Im doing this because I want to feel healthier and more comfortable in life. Good luck with your own healthy eating plan, I'm sure you'll do amazingly, just keep your eyes on the prize! Dont worry too much about the exercise as it will follow when you're ready as its about finding an activity you enjoy doing. For me, its zumba and aquafit. Good luck and be positive xxxx
