Wow, what a week it has been! After a stressful start to the week, I ended it on a high with a trip to Leeds for the Plus North event celebrating curves and fashion for all plus sizes. I took my friend Dani with me and we stayed at the Marriott which was a gorgeous hotel, I'd highly recommend staying there if you're ever in the area. The rooms were furnished to a really high standard, the breakfast was plentiful and the leisure facilities of a gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, very relaxing. The experience in Leeds however was short lived as I was up and out bright and early the next day to travel to Amsterdam for a mini break with another friend which was wild, as I'm sure you can imagine! I'll be using my Denman Be-Bop Massage Brush that I reviewed this week tonight to unwind after this hectic week!
To prepare for my trips, I bronzed up using the Xen-Tan Mousse Intense tanning mousse which I reviewed this week. It gives a deep tan that lasts for days and days so it was the only tan I knew I could rely on to keep me tanned for the whole trip which is important to me when I'm wearing short dresses!
When I first wore my aqua chain print skater dress from AX Paris, lots of you said you really liked it on Twitter and Instagram. This week I posted a WhatLauraWore outfit post featuring the dress when I wore it to the Nelly High Heels Tour event last week.
