WhatLauraWore: Coral from Curvissa

I said in my latest WhatLauraDid post that the last month has been the month of the spa visits as I've been on three!  Once with Mr WLL, once with my best friend and once with Mr WLL's best man's girlfriend (gosh that's a mouthfull!).  When I'm going on a girlie pamper day, I like to look pretty and effortlessly put together.  This is the outfit I wore when my best friend and I went to a spa to celebrate her birthday, I'd get her the spa day as a present for her and its something I'd really recommend to you all.  It's a gift you can both enjoy, an experience where the memory will stay with you forever.

The dress I'm wearing is the Amy Jones Gathered Hem Dress from Curvissa.  I have the coral but it's also available in black and turquoise.  If I hadn't already bought all of my holiday clothes then I would definitely purchase the other colours as it's such a gorgeous, easy to wear dress that is pretty versatile too.  This is a casual look for me as I was going to a spa during the daytime but it could easily be dressed up with some coral heels or wedges, a little clutch and some statement jewellery.  That's how I'll probably wear it on holiday; I'll wear it one evening dressed up and then wear it casual like I have here one daytime too providing I don't spill a cocktail down it!
The hem can be worn straight or gathered as I prefer to wear it because it creates such a lovely shape to the dress.  It's just a case of fastening the ties on the underside of the dress together in a bow, simple!  Hitching the dress up adds shape to the dress without making it look bulky.  It really feels great to wear, I felt so pretty in it!  The dress is lightweight, very well made and fantastic quality.  It is fully lined so you don't have to worry about being able to see your underwear through the fabric.  It features a flattering v neck and has an elasticated shirred panel at the back that has a good bit of give in it, making it very comfortable to wear, although I would recommend sizing up if you have an ample chest.  The straps are adjustable and offer a good amount of support.  There's a zipper on the side too making it easy to get in and out of.
I find shopping on Curvissa such a trouble free experience.  The description of this dress is so accurate.  I love how they include the length of the dress, 120cm, as it really helps to judge how the item would look on you.  For reference, I'm 5ft 5" and you can see where the dress comes to on me.  The length is great as someone who is much taller than me would still be able to wear it and look great.
Have you ordered from Curvissa before?  What are your top picks?
