You might remember me rave about this brand when they were first launched earlier this year. Well I've been trying out another great product from Argan+ and have once again loved the results.
The new Argan+ collection has brought to the table a selection of advanced formula products geared to embrace the power of Argan Oil and improve it further by combining it with four other precious African oils, these being; Baobab, Kuki, Moringa and Sachi Inci Oils which mix together to create a potion that intensely nourishes skin and hair, more so than any other body can line. I have been trying out the Precious Oil Elixir which is designed to be used on the hands, predominately the nails, and on the hair.
This is a multi use product that can be applied to dry and dehydrated skin, hair and nails. The result is restorative, regenerating and nourishing. It helps to improve uneven skin tone, the appearance of stretch marks and it helps to defy the ageing process as it restores the elasticity and texture in the skin.
Whilst I have mostly used this solely as a hand and nail oil, simply because I've never used a hand oil before and love the softness it brings to my hands, it can also be used as a facial oil. It can be applied either directly onto the skin or mixed with a moisturiser for an added boost of hydration. It is suitable for daily use too whether that's as a facial oil, a treatment for nails or to smooth the ends of the hair.
The oil contains Vitamins A, D, C and E, high levels of Omega 3, 6 and 9 and is rich in essential fatty acids, proteins and natural antioxidants to create an oil that is not only unique but extremely effective. I have found this to be super moisturising, yet non greasy on my hands, making them soft and supple, strengthening and protecting for my nails and cuticles and smoothing and softening on the ends of my hair.
This little miracle in a bottle is available from Boots both online and in store for £12.99 for a 50ml bottle which lasts an absolute age. I've been using this for the past month and it looks as though I haven't even scraped the surface!! A little goes a very long way as it only needs to be applied sparingly.
Oh and a quick nod to the packaging; the glass bottle looks lovely and sophisticated in my bathroom and on my desk at work.
