WhatLauraWore: Cosy in Curvissa

While I'm waiting for this freezing weather to warm up, I've been making the most of my vast knitwear collection and here I am wearing one of my most worn pieces this winter, my Curvissa Unique Fabric Mix Cardigan.  I've literally worn this all winter as it looks great with most of my casual outfits- jeans, coloured leggings and jeggings and thanks to the cuddly fleece like shearling lining, it has kept me so warm, I cannot rave about it enough.  It features other fabrics too which really make it stand out from the crowd... and keep you warm- chunky knit sleeves and back and a faux leather front.  It is a pointed cut at the front and remains open, without a closure which is great as you can wear a thick knit jumper underneath or a thin t shirt and it will fit just as well either way.  It is a very generous fit so I would recommend sizing down one or two sizes.  I sized down one but wish I'd gone down another.  I absolutely love this cardigan!

WhatLauraWore:
Unique Fabric Mix cardigan from Curvissa
Green and blue floral scarf from Primark
Black vest top from George at Asda
Leggings from Simply Be
Spike Studded shoes from New Look
Louis Vuitton Speedy 30 in Damier Azure bag

What pieces have you worn time and time again this winter?

    1. I adore the blues and greens in it. I have it in pink too but it just doesn't have the same effect as the green xxx

  3. Hello Laura.
My name is Hanna, and I'm a 25 year old girl living in the UK with my boyfriend. I am originally from Sweden, and still after living here 1 year, I feel confused as to where to shop for clothes. The reason I am asking you, is since I am a plus size girl just like you (Hope you didn't mind me using that term :/ ) I need basic and simple stuff that are relatively cheap. I tried looking at Tesco, but their sizes only go up to 20, and I think I am 26 or bigger. Really hard to know since I haven't bought clothes in like 2 years. Especially not in the UK.. Do you have any advice to give me? :(

Btw, love your blog, you go girl ^^

    1. Hi Hanna

Lovely to hear from you, thank you for your comment. I'd really recommend yoursclothing.co.uk they do have some shops in the UK too. Their products are very fast fashion, great looking clothes in sizes up to a 32 and they're cheap too.

My build is very similar to yours and as I've never shopped UK clothing before I was hoping you could advise me which size you usually buy in cardies/jumpers.I'm hoping to order a few things from that fab looking site you mentioned above.Hugs from Australia.
