WhatLauraLoves: Bluebell

I recently held a competition my blog to win a £100 gift card to spend at Evans, I announced the winner on Twitter at the weekend but in case you didn't catch it, the winner is Mary.  I hope she really enjoys spending her voucher.  Perhaps one outfit to look out for would be this gorgeous blue dress.

The dress I'm wearing in this post is from the Scarlett and Jo collection at Evans.  It's the Blue Rosette Short Sleeve Tunic which is also in coral- and I'm SO tempted to buy it.  I've got my legs out and worn mine as a dress but this tunic looks great with black leggings too, especially if you're tall as it is quite short when worn as a dress- speaking of legs, many apologies if you can spot any bruises on my arms and legs, I had a bad fall and the appearance of my skin is taking a little while to recover and I don't have any fancy Photoshop skills to edit my photos!  Anyway, back to the dress...

The Rosette Short Sleeve Tunic is really comfortable to wear and lined in a way that holds the body.  I found it to be true to size, if a little big on my bust but then again I do have a small bust for my size.  I love the wrap over style of the top of this dress as it is so flattering and shows just the right amount of cleavage.  The rosette is a gorgeous touch and looks great when your hair is pulled to one side to show it off.  A bright, almost cobalt blue colour, like the shade of this dress is going to be HUGE this spring/summer so for all you fashion forward girls, this one is for you!

Silver accessories look gorgeous with this blue colour so I popped on some of my favourite silver pieces and grabbed my sparkly clutch from Next.  Oh and for the ultimate sparkle, I'm wearing these gorgeous jewelled heels from Nelly which are, quite possibly, the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn but they look SO gorgeous, they're almost worth the pain and wobbling I have to endure while wearing them!
