Whenever I post my WhatLauraWore outfits on my blog and Facebook page, I tend to get comments on my legs. I find it so funny that I never paid attention to them until I started posting outfit photographs online.
With the party season coming up and plenty of photo opportunities available, I thought I'd share with you a few tips and products that I use to make my legs ready to be on show and looking good in photos.

The extra strength formula is great for coarse or dark hair without irritating the skin and it contains Rice Oil to moisturise the skin and Grape Seed extract for extra moisturisation and protection as well as radiant skin that is silky and smooth to the touch! Buy it from Boots, Superdrug and Chemist Direct.
Using a good body scrub like Soap and Glory's Sugar Crush (review here, buy here), or any of the Victoria's Secret offerings, in conjunction with your hair removal routine will work wonders to keep your pins looking smooth and silky, particularly during the dry, scaly leg winter weather.
The body scrub I'm using at the moment is the Victoria's Secret Smoothing Body Scrub in the Such A Flirt scent of star fruit and white orchid. This abrasive scrub is great at sloughing away the dead skin from your legs, leaving them looking and feeling soft and smooth.
Once your legs are fuzz and scale free, I'd suggest moving on to tanning.
Although we're into November, some of you lucky readers may still have the hint of a summer tan and if that's the case, prolonging it is imperative. Following this guide on how to prolong your summer tan, created with beauty and travel bloggers in association with Hayes and Jarvis, will have your summer sun kissed skin lasting well into the winter months. As well as helping you with your tan post holiday, it also gives step by step tips on prolonging your tan before you leave and during your holiday too which is great if you're planning a little sunshine getaway this winter. I didn't know that eating and drinking certain things can keep you bronzed for longer but I do now!
If, like me, you're not lucky enough to posses a real suntan, then fake it till you get one. Since moisturising is key during the winter months, I'd recommend going for a tan that will keep your skin hydrated as well as give you a subtle pop of colour- nothing too dark during the winter time otherwise people will know how fake it is! My tan of choice is the Dr Ceuticals Body Tone and Tan (buy here).
