Keeping Your Lady Garden Rosy: New Releases From Femfresh

Leading intimate skin care brand, Femfresh are bursting onto the scene with a new look and an improved formula.

I’ve been using their products for years and if you’re a long time reader then I’m sure you’ll have seen me covering their range on my blog before.  In fact, I’ve got some of the wipes with me now in Bali to keep me fresh and clean while travelling around.

Did you know that the skin on the body has a pH level of 5.5 but on intimate skin, it is less than 4.5?

If you’re using water on its own when you’re washing then you’re fine as it’ll not disrupt the natural pH balance of the skin but if you’re wanting to use a product to give you the added cleansing, soothing and moisturising benefits then you really need to be using something that’s specifically designed for intimate skin.

That’s where Femfresh comes in.   They have a range of products from washes to wipes and sprays that are all gynaecologically and dermatologically tested to ensure that they’re able to care gently and safely for the unique pH level of intimate skin.

Let’s take a look at the new line up…

Kicking things off, we have the gentle, pH-balanced Daily Wash.  This is the simple, no nonsense formula that you can use of a daily basis to clean down there.  Within the formula, you’ll find Aloe Vera and Natural Calendula that help to soothe the skin.  This one has had the new look packaging for a while now and I’ve been using it on a regular basis, especially before waxing appointments and after the gym, etc.

Then there’s the Ultimate Care Active Wash which is packed full of ginseng and anti-oxidants that work in harmony with your body, providing up to 24 hours of freshness.  If you’d consider yourself a gym bunny or simply find you’re a little sweatier between your pins then this ones for you.  Plus, since Femfresh washes can be used all over the body, you can skip the shower gel and just pack this one in your gym bag!

For when your monthly visit arrives, Femfresh have created the NEW Ultimate Care Pure Wash.  Since intimate skin is at its most sensitive when you’re on your period, Femfresh have formulated this wash with lactic acid and soothing Aloe Vera to help your body to maintain a healthy pH balance while you’re on and beyond, for those with very sensitive skin.

Finally there’s the Ultimate Care Soothing Wash, which is my new favourite because it’s the most moisturising and hydrating.  It contains a probiotic complex and is enriched with soothing Aloe Vera and cranberry and since they are known for their healing properties, this is the one that I have now switched to using before and after my Hollywood Wax.  I’ve used it a couple of times so far, alternating with the other three on the days when I’m not just freshly waxed and I’m loving the clean, fresh and moisturised result!

Femfresh are doing a great job at making intimate skin care less of a taboo subject and more of something that you want to pop in your basket.  The new packaging looks fresh, clean, colourful and modern.

Give it a try next time you’re shopping at Boots, Superdrug, Asda or Sainsbury’s.

I’ve been using Femfresh for years and recently talked about how I use their products to freshen up in my Smear Test video that you can watch on IGTV and you can also check out my reviews of their active care duopocket tissues and also in this post (they’re just so great for travelling!), previous intimate wash range and my shower routine on my blog.

Have you tried Femfresh before?  Which do you think sounds best for your lifestyle?

I haven’t ever used this brand but it sounds promising and I might check out the range at one of my local stores. Hopefully, they’ll be stocked there.
