Girlies, the clocks have officially gone back and it is full steam ahead to Friday… all hallows eve! I’m a sucker for a theme and like to embrace the different seasons and holidays as much as I can, life is for living after all.
|Plus Size Halloween Outfit|
Last year, I got a ‘Trick or Treat’ t shirt and a pumpkin hat that is available again this year from ASOS and so many of my friends asked where I got them from as they thought that it was unusual to have halloween fashion clothing that you could wear during the day, not just fancy dress costumes for the night itself.
This year, I wanted to put together an inspiration boutique to share with you to show you some of the halloween clothes that are available this year. There is a specific plus size halloween outfit inspiration selection and my picks from various regular sized lines too as well as some halloween accessories. Better still, you can still order them to be delivered before Friday and they all have a pretty low price point which is something I look for in themed clothing as it is better to have cheap halloween clothes when you’re only going to wear them for a short time each year!
Plus Size Halloween Fashion
This halloween fashion board is specifically for us plus sized girlies and I’ve searched high and low to bring you the best from the world wide web! Just press the left and right arrows to click through the halloween lookbook to take your pick of the selection. Each of the images is clickable so you can click straight on them and be taken directly to the item on the website. Let me know if you like this kind of post because I’d be happy to do others for different seasons, you know me, I love a theme!
I have created a Plus Size Halloween Outfit Inspiration Pinterest board here and i’ll be updating it throughout the week with any late additions that I discover online!
Halloween Fashion from Regular Lines
There was so much more choice available from some of the “regular” sized brands, much more so than the plus, petite and tall sections but there was definitely more available than there was last year which is a good step in the right direction towards providing quality fashion for all.
I think that some of these items could easily be worn on other sizes, for example if you’re very petite, a t-shirt could be worn as a tunic dress and if you’re plus sized, you could tuck the t-shirt into a high waisted skirt, that way if it was a little tight on your tummy then no one would be able to tell.
My last lookbook is filled with my pick of the halloween accessories. There’s some gorgeous floral headbands out at the moment but my personal favourite has to be the halloween ‘Bag of Tricks’ clutch bag that has embossed writing on it. This could easily be worn as a black clutch throughout the year and it looks as though it would be more than big enough to fit all of your night out essentials in.
I have combined all of my halloween accessories and outfit inspiration into a ‘Halloween Outfits & Accessories’ Pinterest board that you can see here.
How will you be spending your halloween? What will you be wearing?
