#LauraLovesWinter Plus Size Fashion Edit with Curvissa Launches Today!

#LauraLovesWinter, my brand new edit with Curvissa, launches today and in my humble opinion, it is my best one yet.  I have hand selected my favourite pieces for the winter season and they epitomise my style right now perfectly.

With previous collections, I’ve tried to help so many women build their confidence, now it is time to find their style with quality clothing that has a great fit.  There’s a bit of everything in this edit from occasionwear and desk to drinks outfits that are perfect for the party season to cosy casual chunky knits with the best fitting jeggings I’ve EVER worn.  I know all too well the struggle that many women face when trying to find jeans but it only takes that one pair to change your life.  The Power Plus Jeggings are those for me.  They stretch from ALL angles so fit my disproportionately big tummy and slimmer legs perfectly.  I’d urge anyone to try them but specifically those shaped like I am!

Cosy casual clothes needn’t be boring and my new edit #LauraLovesWinter proves that.  I have chosen my favourite chunky knits in styles that’ll keep you looking stylish and feeling warm when the temperature drops.  Of course theres a bit of leopard print in there in the form of a gorgeous cardigan that looks great worn with an all black outfit, jeans and a crisp white t shirt or the button down denim dress that’s also in the collection.  I paired it with some Sketchers trainers that have a hint of leopard print detail and give a nod to the 90s inspired chunky trainer trend in a really wearable way.

I really wanted to keep the colour palette of the casual wear vibrant as its easy to fall into the trap of wearing all black all winter long so the navy, pink and white you’ll see in the cricket jumper, chunky knit cardigan and maxi skirt, give the range a pop of colour to brighten up dull days.

When the party season approaches, its easy to feel under pressure for time to meet up with family and friends you may not have seen for ages, as well as colleagues, while having your job to go to, family to look after and a festive to-do list as long as your arm.  That’s why I’ve curated an amazing selection of desk to drinks outfits that you can wear for work before heading out straight after so that your outfit is one less thing for you to think about; theres a leopard print power fit illusion dress, a leather pencil skirt that looks incredible with the v neck mustard top from the range tucked in and a gorgeous zebra print peplum dress.

I feel so confident wearing any one of these, as well as the knot front dress and the wrap midi dress that I added to the collection as not only are these great for adding a pop of colour and print to your workwear wardrobe but they’re perfect for those special days out at the weekend.  Perhaps you’re going out for a festive lunch or Christmas shopping and drinks with friends, paired with the long leather boots that are available in two very generous leg widths, you’ll be looking stylish and feeling confident.
