Over the last few weeks I’ve added another Manuka Doctor product to my skincare routine; the Repairing Skin Cream from the Apinourish line of products. All Apinourish products are designed to reduce the signs of ageing like fine lines and skin damage like scarring, by enriching the skin with purified nutrients and bee venom to plump up the skin and accelerate the regeneration of skin cells. My skin has certainly been benefiting from this product. I apply it morning and night as the last step in my skincare routine and it is the perfect addition to my weekly treat; the Manuka Doctor Bee Venom Rejuvenating Face Mask which is also from the Apinourish line. I find that it leaves my skin hydrated, smooth and looking bright. It has the perfect consistency that I look for in a product; non greasy and neither watery nor too thick. I find that it sinks into my skin quickly and leaves it feeling soft and smooth without leaving a film on my skin, this makes it the perfect base for my makeup. After application, I leave it for a couple of minutes before applying my Clairns Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch and then the rest of my make up. If you’re looking for a moisturiser that encourages a flawless complexion both with and without make up then this is definitely for you!
I adore the Manuka Doctor line of skincare products. I’ve used them since they were first launched and thoroughly enjoyed using every product I’ve tried from them; I’ve reviewed a couple of the other products I’ve tried here. They’re available exclusively from Holland and Barrett both online and instore and this particular cream retails at £24.99 for a 50ml bottle. Please be aware that whilst these products are fantastic for all skin types, they are not to be used by those who suffer from allergies to bee stings or from any of the other ingredients that they contain.
