My next Yours Clothing look for Halloween is so simple to create; the classic cat.  Sure you could go all out with a tail, claws and painted on whiskers but the simple addition of a Claire’s Cat Ears Headband takes a gorgeous all black outfit from night out to fright out.

I picked out two staple pieces from my wardrobe that I’ve already been getting so much wear out of this season.

The Yours Clothing Black Bardot Swing Top paired with their plus size Leather Look PU Leggings is a great alternative that would rival the go-to Little Black Dress for any night out be it a dinner date, drinks with the girls or partying well into the night.

It is sexy, chic and you can switch up the look by pairing it with any coloured accessories; make this look sparkle with silver or gold metallic accessories or have it pop with hot pink heels and a clutch.

This duo also works so well as a Halloween or fancy dress outfit because you can create lots of different costumes around it; think Sandy from Grease, a cat or even Morticia Addams or a witch if you wanted to rock that all black everythang look without wearing a dress.

For me, this outfit leant itself well to a cat; a quick and easy transformation with the addition of aCat Ears Headband from Claire’s Accessories.  They have so many gorgeous headbands for Halloween and parties throughout the year and they’re not badly priced either which is great if you can only envisage yourself wearing it for a night or two.

Cat ears make for a statement look on a really quick turnaround.  They look great on short or long hair, especially when curled and you can amp up the look further by adding a nose and whiskers with black face paint or even a kohl eyeliner pencil.  Quick, easy and perfect for those after-work Halloween parties.

The Yours Clothing Black Bardot Swing Top that I’m wearing has already seen plenty of outings.  Black is such a staple that goes with everything.  I love the layered hem as it makes this top a little different to the other bardots that I have and the swing style is floaty, feminine and skims over the body.  Its long enough that you can wear it over jeans, leggings or leather style pants like I have and the elasticated arms ensure that it stays in place and doesn’t ride up when you’re dancing.

However my favourite part is the open tie detail on the sleeves; they’re fun, pretty and girlie while giving that little extra coverage that some women may feel as though they need if they’re not as confident with their arms.

If you’re looking for an alternative to trousers or the usual leggings, then I’d really recommend checking out theLimited Collection Black Leather Look PU Leggings from Yours Clothing.  They have a couple of different styles on their website but I find that these ones are the best size and style wise.

They’re really easy to wear, very stretchy and a great fit so they’re great for if you’re looking for a different look to the one that you’d usually wear.  There’s something really sexy about leather clothing; it definitely channels those rock chick vibes!

I’ve paired mine with my Steve Madden boots purely because of the terrain we were covering at The Alnwick Garden but this outfit would look absolutely stunning with a pair of killer heels.

To complete the look, I’ve added a smattering of blood from Poundworld (I’d suggest giving this one a miss- it really isn’t all that) and a slick of matte lipstick from MAC in the shade, Ruby Woo.

The Alnwick Garden has been transformed into a scare zone this year.  To my delight, my favourite outdoor tourist attraction in the North East just got even better! All you need is an outfit, why not go & open site.

Will you be brave enough to enter?

What a great Halloween outfit and easy enough to do too. The great thing is the clothes can be worn any time of year and look good. I love that top.
