Sometimes, I just wanna go out and get my cute on which is exactly what I did in this outfit.
When my So Fabulous Spot Print Ponte Peplum Top arrived from Very, it was love at first sight. I am a couple of inches longer in the body that I am in the leg so finding a top that it long enough for me is a real quest, not to mention in a peplum style. Many peplum tops seem to want to divorce my hips and marry my boobs but not with this one, the length is PERFECT.
The white top is crisp and I love the navy spots on it which offer a little more of a soft approach to a black design. So Fabulous have got it So Right with this top, even the arms are a good length as they’re a short sleeve but long so if you’re someone who isn’t a big fan of their arms then you’re going to love the coverage this gives the top of them.
Like I said, I wanted to dress cute and what goes with spots? Bow! I have one in my hair from The Bow Boutique that is ran by the lovely Laura (and her sister Tanya) who I have met at many blogging events. I have so many of their hair bows and shabby flowers on head bands and bobbles in my collection and they’re so great to wear to add a little sweet touch to your outfit or to adorn an otherwise plain hair bun. This one is on a plain red band with a white bow. It was one of the first ones I ever bought from them and a favourite in my collection.
I wore this outfit on a date night to the cinema with hubby WLL so I wanted to be comfortable and opted to wear my super comfy jeggings from ASOS Curve with my outfit. My shoes weren’t perhaps the most practical choice for the cinema, being peeptoe platforms, but as far as heels go, these are pretty comfortable and we were going for dinner and drinks afterwards so I wanted to look a little more dressed up. This is definitely one of those statement tops that you could quite easily dress up or down depending on the occasion!
