WhatLauraWore: Time for Bed

When it comes to the winter months, I love nothing more than coming home from work, taking my make up off and putting on my PJs.  Gone are the nights when a beer garden with a cold glass of vino are favourable, instead I prefer to snuggle up in front of the TV with my dressing gown on.  I’m going to be writing all about my winter bedtime routine soon but today I thought I’d focus on what I wear at night during the colder months.

I recently got a gorgeously soft pair of PJs from George at Asda for my birthday off my best friend who always buys me nightwear.  They have long bottoms but a cami top which I prefer because it keeps me cool.  When it comes to dressing for bed during the colder months, I like to wear a light weight pyjama set as I have a thick, heavy tog duvet on my bed and for when I’m walking around the house or sitting on the sofa, I like to wear a big snuggly dressing gown.

The dressing gown I’m wearing here is the Cream Teddy Bear Fleece Dressing Gown from Yours Clothing.  It feels super soft and so thick and snuggly, making it really comfortable and warm to wear.

The dressing gown itself has an attached hood which adds to the warmth and comfort- I love popping the hood up and resting my head on the arm of the settee for an afternoon nap.

The dressing gown is a gorgeous cream colour with a teddy bear design on the hood.  It even has two ears on the hood which I think looks so cute.

There are two pockets on the front of the dressing gown and a soft tie belt to fasten it together.  I usually like to keep my dressing gown open and just wrap it around me as I don’t like getting too hot.
